Our Mission
Statement
“We are a community of people, compelled by the love of Jesus,
to offer to all people acceptance, compassion, forgiveness and a place to belong.” The best words to describe our church is found in our statement of mission. We are a community of people. The word community is rich in meaning and experience. We “do life together.” Regardless if a person has been attending one month or twenty years, it matters not. Community embraces everyone. It is a word that speaks to the enabling, encouraging, and companioning with one another through the ups and down of life. Compelled by the love of Jesus is at the heart of embracing on another. We believe every human being, without exception, is created in the image of God. Therefore, loved by God unconditionally. Throughout the entire Bible, God has revealed who He is and what He is truly like. He comes to where we are in the moment. He invites us, through His Son, Jesus, into relationship.
